Who runs DecentralizeHQ?
DecentralizeHQ is run by Ross, a sole proprietor.
You can write to us at hello@decentralizehq.com.
What does the contact form collect?
Only what you type or tick, plus the page you sent the form from.
- Your name, if you give it.
- The email address we should reply to.
- Your project name.
- A link to your community or project, if you give one.
- The platforms you tick, Discord or Telegram.
- The services you tick.
- Your message, if you write one.
- Your answers to the Telegram checklist, if you send it to us.
- The page you sent the form from.
On the checklist page, nothing leaves your browser until you tap Send.
The form also has a hidden spam trap. It collects nothing from you.
Where does it go?
The form sends your entry to Web3Forms, a form service. Web3Forms forwards it to our Google Workspace inbox. Web3Forms deletes the entries it stores after 7 days.
The Telegram checklist sends its answers the same way.
How long do you keep it?
We keep form emails only while we need them to reply and work with you. We clear out old ones once a year, and you can ask us to delete yours any time.
Do you use cookies or trackers?
We use no cookies and no chat widgets. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and nothing else.
What about Telegram and email?
Messages you send us on Telegram stay in Telegram. Emails to hello@decentralizehq.com arrive in our Google Workspace inbox.
How do I ask for a copy, a correction or deletion?
Email hello@decentralizehq.com and say what you want. Give us the email address you used on the form, so we can find your entry.
